Positive: Room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic right in the heart of Banff and within walking distance to everything. Laundry facilities were a bonus and staff were accomodating when our washing hadn't quite finished before laundry close time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Negative: Nothing negative to note about this stay.

Positive: Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, although it could benefit from a greater variety of options.

Negative: The main drawback was the size of our room, which was a bit small for four adults. The room also did not have air conditioning. While this is understandable given Banff's typically cool climate for most of the year, an air conditioning system would have been appreciated during our stay in July. Additionally, on one occasion, the bathroom was not cleaned even though we had requested daily housekeeping.

Positive: The room, the bed and the breakfast was very nice.

Negative: The extra cost of parking was a little too high. When booking the hotel online it implied that it included parking.

Negative: Front desk people generally did not want to look up free bus passes for the conference. Did not want to help someone to open the Garage door when prompted. Room did not get cleaned. I left the door hanger on but they never got to 305.

Summary: Roads were being ripped up so it wasn't as nice a stay as It could have been.
